چکیده
The aim of the study was to assess values and correlations between selected markers acid-base balance electrolytes in blood late lactation cows, such as pH, pCO2, pO2, HCO3 –, BE, BE(B), Na+, K+, Cl–, well parameters milk, number somatic cells (SCC), colony forming units (CFU), milk fat (MF), protein (MP), lactose (ML), solids, solids non-fat (SNF), current production. Blood samples were collected at same time from 11 clinically healthy milking cows later period. Those examined once a day for 3 consecutive days resulting 33 sets used laboratory statistical analyses. Significant positive observed pH pCO2 – BE Na+ production, Cl– MP. negative BE(B) Cl–. increase significantly negatively correlated with while or associated significant decrease amount milk. These relations can indicate influence imbalance on quantity quality cow’s repeatable diagnostic model presented here proved be very useful tool detailed assessment higly sensitive internal homeostasis productive dairy cows.

Choline and Choline Metabolite Patterns and Associations in Blood and Milk during Lactation in Dairy Cows
Milk and dairy products are an important source of choline, a nutrient essential for human health. Infant formula derived from bovine milk contains a number of metabolic forms of choline, all contribute to the growth and development of the newborn. At present, little is known about the factors that influence the concentrations of choline metabolites in milk. The objectives of this study were to...
متن کاملRelationship between milk yield, stage of lactation, and some blood serum metabolic parameters of dairy cows
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of milk yield and stage of lactation on the activity of liver enzymes, cholesterol, and vitamin C concentration in blood of milking cows. The experiment was carried out on Polish Holstein-Friesian Black and White dairy cows with two different milk yield levels: M – medium (about 7000 kg per lactation) and H – high (about 10 000 kg per lactation). ...
متن کاملMilk Production, Milk Fatty Acid Profiles and Blood Metabolites in Holstein Dairy Cows Fed Diets Based on Dried Citrus Pulp
The objective of the present study was to determine the effect of substitution of corn grain with dried citrus pulp (DCP) on milk composition, fatty acids profiles and blood metabolites in Holstein dairy cows. These parameters were measured in a replicated 4 × 4 latin square design experiment using eight Holstein cows. Each experimental period lasted 4 weeks. The four treatments were: control (...
متن کاملEnergy intake in late gestation affects blood metabolites in early lactation independently of milk production in dairy cows.
The present experiment examined the effect of offering either a high- (H) or low- (L) energy-density diet in late gestation and early lactation on physiological parameters, body condition score (BCS) and milk production in early lactation. In all, 40 multiparous Holstein cows were randomly allocated to one of four treatments in a 2 × 2 factorial design, where the factors were H- or L-energy den...
